This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order or request a refund for a product or service purchased through our platform inspiringwave.in (herein referred to as the “Platform”).
Order Cancellation
•Order cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
•However, cancellation requests may not be accommodated if:
•The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant.
•The shipping process has already been initiated.
•The product is already out for delivery.
If your order falls under any of the above scenarios, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery.
⚠️ Note: Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items such as flowers, food items, or other consumables. However, if you receive a perishable item of poor quality, you may request a refund or replacement, subject to verification.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report the issue to our customer support team within 2 days of delivery. The seller/merchant listed on the Platform will evaluate the request and confirm the issue before approving any resolution.
Product Not as Described
If you feel that the product received does not match its description on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding a refund or replacement.
Products with Manufacturer Warranty
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly in case of any complaints or service-related issues.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved by INSPIRINGWAVE DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be processed within 7 working days. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
