Returns – Service Explanation
- For digital marketing services, we conduct a final consultation call before closure.
- If issues remain unresolved and fall within our Service Guarantee, you may request a refund or partial refund.
Refund Calculation
- Full Refund: Available if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and no work has begun.
- Partial Refund:
- If work has started, refund is calculated based on unfulfilled hours or tasks.
- Any value-ready deliverables (e.g., graphics, reports) will be deducted.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via your original payment method.
- Fees:
- No refund processing fee for eligible refunds.
- Payment gateway transaction fees cannot be refunded.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds cannot be provided for:
- Work completed and delivered as agreed.
- Missed payments or order cancellations after service commencement.
- Changes due to reasons outside our control (e.g., late client feedback).
- No refund processing fee for eligible refunds.
Exchanges & Revisions
- We offer two rounds of free revisions per project.
- Additional changes can be requested at an hourly rate as agreed in our service proposal.
Cancellation & Suspension
- Services can be paused or canceled by contacting us in writing.
- Refunds for paused services will reflect work done vs. remaining deliverables.
